About me

I have been working and providing therapeutic services for over 6 years. I started working in Mental Health at the entry level in high school. I have provided hands on support assisting individuals as a personal care worker in the group home and assisted living setting, high risk intervention technician working in the school setting . I graduated college and continued my passion working with people from all walks of life as a Protective Services Social Worker. These experiences lead me to obtain my MA in Counseling, and become a fully licensed LCMHC. My approach is very client centered and I utilize many modalities including but not limited to : cognitive-behavioral psychodynamic, trauma focused, solution focused, humanistic, and rational-emotive therapy. I make every effort to meet the individuals that I counsel where they are, and address specific needs to help them reach their peace and potential.
