Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, licensed in the state of North Carolina for 15 years. I’ve worked with clients with a range of concerns and diagnosis, such as, Depression, ADHD, Anxiety, PTSD, Mood Disorders, Trauma, Abuse Addictive Personalities, Abandonment Issues, Grief & Loss, Relational Issues, Parenting Problems, Conflict Resolution, to just Struggles with Managing day to day task. I operate from a multicultural & open minded perspective and strive to create an honest, empathetic, non-judgmental and safe therapeutic environment. I am passionate about helping people and offer an array of therapeutic modalities and experiences. My Counseling approach may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client/Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems Therapy or Reality Therapy…whatever meets the need.
