About me

I am a licensed clinical social worker in North Carolina with 30 years of professional work experience where I have and continue to own and outpatient group practice service families and adults. I have experience in helping clients with depression and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem and confidence, personality disorders, and bipolar disorder. I have been trained in cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, DBT and acceptance and commitment therapy. My approach tends to be client centered and based upon your needs, where we create a safe and nonjudgmental environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared openly. I look forward to getting to know you and joining you on your journey to being the best version of you possible.
