About Sarah

I am a licensed therapist in North Carolina with over 35 years of professional experience. I have extensive experience supporting clients through stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma and abuse, and concerns related to motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. In addition to traditional therapeutic approaches, I also offer spiritual counseling, with a particular focus on Christian perspectives for those who desire it. I respect each client’s individual beliefs and integrate spiritual support only when it aligns with their values and goals. My approach centers on creating a safe, open, and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and joyful life, and I deeply honor that step. My role is to support and empower you as you move toward healing, growth, and a stronger sense of purpose. Together, we’ll work to uncover your strengths, build resilience, and help you move toward the life you envision. Read more Show less
