About me

I am a licensed clinical psychologist based in New York with over 10 years experience treating clients suffering from depression, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, relationship issues, family conflict, stage of life difficulties, OCD, and PTSD. I have doctoral training in both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapies, as well as post graduate certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and mindfulness training. My style is warm and supportive. I have found that when people are understood without judgment and they are given the right tools, they can overcome great challenges in life . Therapy is certainly not ‘one size fits all’ and it’s very important to find the right therapist for you. My research has been in integrating treatments to meet each clients’ particular needs and personality styles so they can achieve greater freedom, confidence, and ultimately sustained happiness. Whether you are looking for symptom reduction/elimination or exploring and coping with deeper issues, I pride myself with providing the best quality treatment available. I look forward to meeting with you and figuring out the next step together!
