About me

Hi, I’m Amy. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Born, raised & still living in Upstate New York. I have 20+ yrs. of experience helping individuals and couples (ages 5-85 yrs. old) experiencing issues with: Adjustment to Life Changes, Communication, Relationships, Stress Management, Grief, Trauma, Abuse, Anxiety and Depression. My therapeutic approach is Eclectic. Consisting of primarily being: Client Centered, Mindful of the Moment, Future Oriented, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. All inclusive and LGBTQ friendly. No matter what challenges life has brought, you are not alone. I am here to support & guide you through the process of regaining stability & balance in your life. Together we will find ways to alleviate symptom, get to the root of the issue & learn skills to make effective change. You can expect me to be kind, compassionate, nonjudgmental, inquisitive & sometimes even a little bit funny. I think everyone can benefit from therapy at one point or another in their life. I am glad you have taken this step & I look forward to working with you.
