I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Psychotherapy Privilege (LCSW-R) and Credentialed Alcoholism & Substance Abuse Counselor Advanced Level (CASAC Advanced Level) in New York State. I have more than 10 years’ experience counseling individuals of varying ages from diverse socio-economic backgrounds with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance dependencies, relationship issues, stress management, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I believe effective therapy is based on client need and I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapies, psycho-education and mindfulness. It takes courage to reach-out for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first step towards change.
