Vocational Guidance Services (VGS) is a vocational rehabilitation agency located in Elyria, Ohio providing comprehensive services to individuals with disabilities. Our mission is to create pathways for individuals with disabilities to engage in the community, achieve greater independence, and attain employment. Our services include programs and paid work opportunities to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, a history of incarceration, injured veterans, and other barriers to employment. All services are provided at no cost to the individual. Our team is dedicated to helping people with disabilities live better lives and gain meaningful employment.
