At Metrohealth Autism Assessment Clinic (MAAC), we understand how important communication is for your child. Our speech therapy services are designed to provide the support necessary to help your child communicate effectively. Our speech therapists provide a variety of services to help your child, such as teaching nonverbal skills, forming speech in a clearer way, communicating thoughts and feelings, understanding and responding to questions, discerning facial expressions and their corresponding emotions, noticing and understanding body language, and assisting with feeding and swallowing.
