Project SEARCH Ohio | Mercy Regional Medical Center is an innovative, workplace-based program that helps young people with significant disabilities transition to a successful and productive adult life. Our one-year employment preparation program is led by businesses, providing students with hands-on experience that is tailored to their individual needs. Through our unique program, we strive to give young adults the skills and knowledge to succeed in the workforce. We are committed to helping those with disabilities achieve their career goals and proudly serve the communities of Ohio.
