About me

I am a Qualified Mental Health Practitioner with over 15 years experience . While working towards my Clinical license as a Social Worker the focus of my practice was in Geriatric Psych. I primarily worked with Seniors age 60 years and over. After getting my Clinical level license I began to work with outpatient adults in a community mental health center whose ages ranged from 5 years old to 80 plus. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach is an eclectic. I employ multiple theories and techniques in order to meet the specific needs of my patients. Today my practice focuses on the treatment of Anxiety and Depression. The tag line in the advertisements for my private practice reads, “Helping you put the pieces of the puzzle together since 2019.” This has been and continues to be my passion.
