About Victoria

I still love what I do after 22 years. I have extensive experience in Christian Counseling, Blended Families, Couples, Addiction, PTSD, Trauma, Sex-Offenders, and Obsessive-Compulsive behaviors. I have worked with a variety of clients ranging from ages 7 to 89. I have worked with juveniles in a residential facility, military families on an army base, couples, and individuals through mental health and addiction facility plus my church. I am independently licensed in 3 different states as a Marriage and Family Therapist and independently licensed in 2 states as an Addiction Counselor. I believe everyone has a "gift," something that they are called to do and Counseling is mine. I care about my clients and have the innate ability to "zone" in what is going on with them. I use Emotional Focus Therapy, Strength-Based, Trauma-Informed, Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but it really depends on the clients I am seeing. Personally, I am a wife who has been married for 42 years with 8 children and 24 grandchildren. I work full time at a mental health facility, but I have some mornings and evenings available for my Better Help clients. My goal is to help my clients reach their goals. I find joy and satisfaction when I see them achieve what they are searching for. I offer a safe environment, honesty, understanding, and respect. I admire anyone who wants to make a change and is willing to reach out and ask for help. I am here for you if you are that person. Read more Show less
