About me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts. I am also a certified School Adjustment and Guidance Counselor. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults for more than 10 years. I have experience with a variety of mental health and personal issues such as depressive symptoms, symptoms of anxiety and panic, stress management, post-secondary planning as well as other disorders, including executive functioning deficits/ADHD, cognitive disorders, and Autism/Asperger’s Syndrome. I believe in the following therapeutic approaches: client-centered, solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as mindfulness. Together we can see which method is best for you. I am available to help you utilize your strengths in the areas of your life you are hoping to improve. I utilize a positive approach in counseling and hope to empower you to create goals as well as help resolve your current challenges. If you are ready to follow a new path with my support and guidance, we can work together to find ways to improve your emotional and personal well-being. I look forward to hearing from you.
