About Jennifer

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts with nearly 30 years of experience working with Individuals and Families in a variety of settings including community mental health services, private practice and adoption. I currently work primarily work with individuals ages 18 and up. I love helping clients with negotiating life transitions whether it be job/college, family/relationship or life stage related. Each of those transitions can come with stress and anxiety, self esteem, confidence and motivation challenges and sometimes feeling of grief, loss, or depression. My approach is to meet each person where they are. Some people benefit most from structured, task oriented sessions and others simply need to talk through their feelings. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Reaching out to someone for help with these things is hard but it is the first step in helping find the balance that you want. I want to help support you in that journey. I look forward to working with you! Read more Show less
