I have over 5 year of practicing therapy with clients who experienced homelessness, substance use disorders, domestic abuse, and other forms of trauma, as well as anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. Using practical mindfulness and other evidence-based forms of treatment, including Brainspotting, my goal is to support and guide you as you discover how to heal. If you are seeking coping skills, greater wellbeing and self-efficacy, I encourage you to take the difficult next step and ask for help. The only expert on you, is you; my job is to help you learn how to use the abilities you may not yet have discovered.
