Dr. Ryan Bennett

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist / Neuropsychologist in Florida with 3 years of professional work experience. My clinical work is rooted in my understanding that life, especially following the Covid-19 pandemic, is everything but straightforward. Our journeys often fluctuate between times of high points, low points, and times of difficult transitions. My clinical training and experiences have provided me with the ability to help clients who may be dealing with increased stress, anxiety, trauma, and depression. In addition, my strength-based clinical approach is grounded in helping clients reach their goals and to maximize their well-being. Oftentimes, our stressors impact both how we feel and think. My experience in the field of neuropsychology helps me inform clients of the “brain behavior relationship.” This therapeutic approach is geared towards helping clients who are also experiencing difficulties with attention, concentration, memory, or brain fog. All in all, I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
