About Emma

Hello there! Welcome! My name is Emma (she/her) and I am a licensed clinical social worker in Connecticut with multiple years of professional experience & extensive training in psychotherapy. I have expertise in treating anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, conflict management, and trauma. I treat adults, teenagers, and children. I completed a post-graduate fellowship at Yale Child Study Center where I treated various mental health challenges and trained in multiple evidence-based models. I am trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Interpersonal Psychotherapy for depression (IPT) and IPT for depressed adolescents, as well as Circle of Security. I firmly believe that access to mental health care is as important as physical health. I applaud you for taking the step to getting the help you deserve. I look forward to being part of your team!
