Hello and Welcome! Making the first step to sign up for therapy takes courage and compassion and I am so proud of you for getting started. You will be glad you did! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Texas and Kansas with close to 14 years of professional work experience, I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health from Fort Hays State University. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, depression and gaining motivation to move forward from old belief systems and feelings of being trapped. I believe in treating everyone with respect, and personal focus. Let me aid you in understanding how past experiences and received messages correlate to current personal habits, beliefs, and processes. I am a straightforward, non-judgmental therapist with keen, active listening skills and precision in finding root causes.
