I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, working with people experiencing stress management, anxiety ,depression, trauma and relationship issues.. I am a compassionate, caring person and deeply concerned about every individual and their diverse needs. My goal is to help you improve your mental and physical health and thereby improving overall well-being. I have counseled adolescents and adults in agencies and schools for 15+ years. This included depression,, anxiety, alcohol and drug issues. In addition I have worked with adults and couples to improve relationships depression, communication, anger and life transitions. In the therapy realm I work to develop goals and objectives to help an individual to move toward change and to lead a more productive life. My therapeutic techniques include Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Rogerian, Mindfulness and Anger Management. It takes a lot of courage to sign up for therapy and I am here to help you in your journey.
