About Patricia

I have been a counselor since 1991 and licensed in Texas for the past 6 years. I specialize in PTSD, anxiety, depression, and utilize an eclectic base of counseling theories and techniques. I am client centered so I use the approach that works best for each individual client. I have worked with individuals of all ages and backgrounds and enjoy providing techniques that can help with issues presented to me. I have also worked with children as young as 6 and also with teenagers. I am trained in EMDR therapy also. I like to get to know each client to make sure they are comfortable with me and my approach in therapy in order to obtain the best results. I look forward to working with you! Read more Show less
