About me

Hello beautiful people! I’m Nicole, a.ka. Ice Cole Therapy! I’m an enthusiastic, energetic and extremely passionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor in South Florida, who has over 10 years of experience in the fields of Clinical Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Behavioral Health and Social Services. I am a proud graduate from The Illustrious Tuskegee University, where I received my Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Sociology with a Minor in Psychology in 2011. I then went on to gain my Masters of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in 2016. My counseling style is unique, open minded, honest, authentic, genuine, ethical and holistic. These are the main ingredients of a great therapeutic recipe that has truly allowed me to utilize a person centered approach with my clients most effectively! My experience in the Mental Health Field includes providing the following services via in person and telehealth; individual clinical mental health therapy, substance use disorder counseling, family therapy, group therapy, therapeutic academic tutoring, psycho education on effective communication skills and emotional intelligence, trauma informed care, parenting coaching, and therapeutic motivational Life Coaching services to adolescents and adults from various socioeconomic backgrounds, genders, and ages, that suffer with Personality disorders, Depression, Cultural & Racial traumas, Identity conflicts, Adjustment disorders, Family conflicts, PTSD, low self -esteem and Negative Self Image, Substance Use disorders, learning disabilities, Serious Mental Illness, Conduct Disorders, addiction, incarceration & re-entry, and co-occurring disorders, such as ADHD & Anxiety.
