I am licensed as a Professional Counselor in Texas with 19 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, motivation, self esteem, confidence and depression. My therapy style is compassionate and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels.
