I have a diverse background in regards to my experience, having worked with children, adolescents, adults, seniors, and families. I have worked with individuals experiencing a wide range of concerns including anger management, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, depression, and trauma. My approach within the session is very much centered around you. You know yourself best and what you are or are not ready to address. You are the lead in your life and I am simply there to help guide you along the way.
