I operate from an Eclectic therapeutic approach; Utilizing Solution-focused brief therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to consider all aspects of the whole person. I’m diverse with working with males & females ranging from ages 18-45. Those close to me often tell me I never meet a stranger. They describe me as being friendly, genuine, open, respectful, honest & direct.
