About me

I have been a Licensed Certified Social Worker in Arkansas practicing mental health therapy for over 10 years. I have worked with clients from ages 4 and up with various concerns including depression, anxiety, behavior problems, ADHD, adjustment, family and relationship problems, and trauma. I believe every individual deserves a safe space to tell their story, be heard and receive support. Each session is an opportunity to meet a client where they are in the moment, identify their needs and work to help them learn and develop tools for overcoming challenges. Through the use of various forms of therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, Mindfulnesses, Person Centered Therapy and other evidence based practices clients will be encouraged and empowered to make lasting change to become the best version of themselves. I am passionate about therapy and recognize the value it has in improving self confidence, recognizing worth and value, and working to develop a better today and tomorrow.
