I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in Ohio with 4 years of professional work experience and 12 years in the profession. I have experience in helping people with stress and mental health such as anxiety, depression and bipolar disorders in addition to people adjusting to physical health conditions, varying types of grief, low self esteem, self harm, the many grey areas of living from birth to death, people identifying with LGBTQIA, life changes that leave you questioning everything and not sure how to move forward successfully. I also believe that, for many different reasons, people tend to get in their own way. Sometimes, we just need to sit down and practice some humility and things start to look much different.
