About me

I am a licensed clinical therapist in Illinois with over 10 years of experience in the helping field, as a psychotherapist and clinical director. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, inter-personal relationship issues, substance misuse, mood disorders, trauma, and emotional dysregulation to name a few. My therapy style is warm and inviting. I believe the road to healing and homeostasis, alone can be both challenging and a barrier to change. My goal is to cultivate an environment that fosters the space and tools to create the change you want and deserve. I don’t ascribe to stigmatizing labels. My therapeutic approach combines person centered, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and narrative therapy.
