I am licensed in Texas with 29 years of professional social work experience. I help clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, parenting, trauma and abuse, workplace issues, and more. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I am very client-centered and outgoing. It takes immense courage when taking the first step to heal and discuss blocks that interfere with life fulfillment. I am here to support you and guide you towards your self-determined goal. Niche populations include: healthcare workers, first responders, lawyers, other counselors, military, parents, caregivers, men, and postpartum women. I am warm, enthusiastic, caring and friendly. I have a great sense of humor. I love working with people. I am also a huge animal lover. Every once in a while, my dog Golden Wizard May offer a supportive bark; my hope is that you do not have to hear him cite a neighborhood violation (his arch nemesis is the department of sanitation). My greatest interest is learning about you and helping you with whatever you want to achieve.
