I am committed to helping clients increase their level of behavioral health and wellness and develop skills to effectively maintain it. I specialize in change management, helping clients to cope with change and/or take the necessary steps to make a change. I have worked with adults in addressing a variety life challenges – anxiety/depression, stress management, grief/loss, abuse/violence, and chronic pain, just to name a few. I am prepared to help clients take the steps necessary to better cope with and manage the challenges, changes, and choices with which they are struggling.
