About me

Aloha, My name is Jeff! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Hawaii with 5 years of professional work experience and 2 years of practicum/intern experience. I graduated from Hawaii Pacific University. My practicing experiences include working in adult clinical mental health services and addressing client’s stressors, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other physical and mental health disorders. I mainly focus on talk therapy while using measurable tasks and your own strengths to assist you in overcoming the issues that challenge you. Mindfulness is a useful tool I teach during sessions to reduce anxiety and stress with other added benefits! I also love education, which is why psychoeducation is a big part of my practice. I believe that understanding the situation and receiving education on the topic is an important aspect of the road to healing.
