About me

My name is Graciela Rios. I have been a working in the mental health field in El Paso, Tx. since 2006. I have extensive training working with individuals as well as families. I have specialized training in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy) as well as CAPACITAR -which utilizes “holistic wellness practices that help people tap into the wisdom of their own body, mind and spirit”. I have been trained to treat depression, anxiety, grief and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) I truly believe everybody has the power to overcome life challenges if they learn how to utilize their inner resources.
