About Shereta

I'm a licensed therapist in Texas dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. With extensive experience in mental health care, I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and the lasting effects of trauma and abuse. My approach is grounded in compassion and cultural responsiveness. I specialize in helping clients build self-love, improve communication, process guilt and shame, and work toward forgiveness and healing. I'm particularly skilled at supporting women through life transitions-including divorce, midlife shifts, and identity exploration-as well as helping individuals address attachment patterns, mood challenges, isolation, and family dynamics. I create a safe, affirming space where you can explore control issues, panic responses, and multicultural concerns with honesty and care. My goal is to walk alongside you with genuine support, helping you reconnect with your strength and move toward meaningful change at your own pace. Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to be part of your journey. Read more Show less
