About me

I believe that we all have a source of strength and wisdom within, and sometimes the difficulties and challenges of life can cause us to feel separate from this. I love helping my clients realize that they have this space within, discussing ways they can access it, and giving them additional tools to strengthen their ability to live their lives with confidence and a deeper sense of calm and trust. Life no doubt presents situations and relationship that can provoke anxiety, worry, anger, and many other strong emotions. I validate my client’s concerns while also helping them overcome their adversities. I pull from several frameworks in sessions, allowing for a wide array of presenting problems to be successfully addressed in a number of ways. I have training in Internal Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and incorporate Mindfulness in sessions. I enjoy teaching clients the skills of guided imagery and meditation to further assist them. I am here to listen to and focus on you. What are your concerns and what do you want to work on? I will collaborate with you and support you on your journey of self-discovery and reflection, and I will feel honored to walk alongside you on your path of healing.
