About me

Welcome! I am a marriage & family therapist with thirty years experience. I’m currently licensed in Oklahoma & Colorado but my original license was Connecticut. I work with clients with a wide range of concerns including divorce & blended family issues, family conflict, marital & relationship problems, career challenges, anger management & stress & anxiety. Additionally, I earned my MBA, & consulted with companies & organizations on developing leadership & communication skills in their employees. My therapy style is warm, compassionate & respectful. My approach predominantly combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, brief solution focused therapies. Therapy will be a collaboration with you specifying your treatment goal or goals. Your treatment will be tailored to fit your own unique needs. I look forward to working with you!
