I subscribe to 12 step philosophy from AA. I am solution oriented. I teach improved self talk, which enables individuals to change behaviors that do not work for them. I believe in PROGRESS not perfection. I respect you, and support you no matter how many times you have failed. Together we will find new ways of coping with the challenges in your life. I have been a therapist for over 30 years, I have worked with every kind of issue that you can imagine. YOU CANNOT SHOCK ME! I am a behaviorist, a hypnotherapist, a realist. I promote techniques like prayer and meditation, mantras, and mindfulness and effective communication. I teach skills for effective arguing. I am tough, and kind at the same time.
