I am a Mental Health Therapist licensed in Washington State with over 20 years of experience working in my Private Practice as well as the King County Public Heath, BSD and Youth Eastside Services. For the last 2.5 years, I have been providing Mental Health Therapy services on the BetterHelp.com platform. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My therapy style is warm and interactive.
