About me

I am a licensed clinical social worker licensed in Wyoming with six years of experience working as a psychotherapist and case manager. I have a Master of Social Work from the University of Wyoming and an undergraduate degree in social sciences, with an emphasis in psychology. I have worked with clients with a wide range of challenges – depression, anxiety, life transitions, cognitive changes, grief, chronic illness, and relationship issues. I have experience with adults in all stages of life, specifically older adults. My therapeutic style is open and interactive. I treat each person with respect and dignity, and honor their life choices and right to self-determination. My approach utilizes a humanistic approach, working with narrative, strengths-based, cognitive, and mindfulness approaches. I will tailor your treatment plan to honor the approach that makes the most sense to you and best fosters a transparent, therapeutic relationship between us. It takes courage to seek out your best life. I would love to help you answer those difficult questions and support you on your journey. I look forward to working with you.
