Welcome! Do you feel like your anxiety or depression takes over at the worst possible moments? Are you finding it difficult to feel growth in managing trauma responses? Are you seeking a safe and brave space for therapy that utilizes somatic movements and/or exploration of intersectional identity affiliations and alliances? I help individuals gain self-awareness and management of anxiety and depression. I offer aid unpacking trauma with options in exploring mindful movement and feeling present in the body. I assist exploration of intersectional identity (i.e., which is open to LGBT+, race, spirituality, religion, and other identity affiliations/alliances). I believe in providing individuals a brave space to discover their own unique identity and voice within relationships of self and others. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker; I am currently licensed in the state of Georgia and Florida. I earned my master of social work from the University of Georgia, where I specialized in clinical work, and obtained a certificate in Non-Profit Management. In addition, I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) through the Yoga Alliance and have completed the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method Certification as well as the 20-Hour Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga training. Overall, I have several training completed for diversity, trauma, pre-marital, and etc. I hope to be a part of your journey and to work with you soon!
