Hello and Welcome. My name is Matt Volker, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than nine years of experience. Some of the intervention that I utilize are Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Positive Psychology and Reality Therapy. I use a holistic approach integrating a mind, body, and a spiritual approach, while incorporating mindfulness and meditation into your life to bring awareness and calmness.
