I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma with 7 years of counseling experience. I have experience in helping clients with ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & coping with life changes. I also have experience working with compassion fatigue, trauma responses, co-dependency, and substance abuse.
