Hello, I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri for over 3 years now. I pride myself in bringing a fresh and open-minded view to the art of therapy. I believe it is vital to continue to grow my knowledge and skill set in the field of psychology and I apply that up-to-date research to my practice. I have experience working with an array of concerns including depressive disorders, anxiety, trauma, family of origin issues, ADHD, and interpersonal relationships. I believe everyone deserves the time to explore their diverse, unique histories in order to establish the best version of themselves possible. I do not try to put band-aids on open wounds. People coming to therapy deserve the right to a authentic patient and holistic approach in order to truly heal. I utilize an eclectic version of approaches including EMDR Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based Approaches, Attachment-Based Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. Suffering is not a way of life. I have gotten the immense privilege to be a part of people’s journeys to finding their way out of suffering and into a healthy, fulfilling life.
