About me

There are times in our lives when we have changes planned and unplanned that create stress and anxiety. I am licensed in Florida and have been working with families and individuals in conflict and crisis for over 20 years. I have experience in helping individuals and families with family conflicts, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, as well as coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
