About Ashley
About Me Life can be complicated, overwhelming, and sometimes feel like more than we know how to manage on our own. Whether you’re navigating anxiety or depression, healing from past experiences, adjusting to a major life transition, or working toward a healthier relationship with yourself, I want you to know that you don’t have to figure it all out alone. My approach to therapy is compassionate, trauma-informed, and grounded in meeting you where you are. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, sharing your experiences, and exploring the things that may be holding you back. I recognize that everyone’s journey is different, and I believe therapy should reflect your individual needs, strengths, and goals. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, navigating trauma and life transitions, managing serious mental health challenges, strengthening self-esteem, and working through substance use and recovery. I also understand that women may face unique pressures and expectations that can impact their sense of identity, relationships, and overall well-being. I believe healing isn’t always a straight line, and progress doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful. My goal is to help you build a deeper understanding of yourself, recognize your strengths, develop tools to navigate difficult emotions, and feel more empowered in your life. We will work collaboratively to identify what matters most to you and move toward your goals at a pace that feels right. You don’t need to have the right words, a clear plan, or everything figured out before starting therapy. You just need to be willing to take that first step. I would be honored to support you along the way. Read more Show less
