I have worked with many people with a wide range of concerns and struggles, from Mental Health issues like Bipolar disorder, to PTSD and Trauma issues, Coping Anxiety issues, Attachment and Abandonment problems, ADHD, Loss, Grief, Schizophrenia, Abuse, Self-Injury, Self-Esteem, Parenting, Relationships, Anger, Personality Disorders, Neurodevelopmental Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, OCD and Depression. I do not care for labels, and I do believe in treating everyone as they treat me with respect and professionalism and compassion. I use a Cognitive Behavioral approach and tailor your Treatment need that is unique to each client. I use an emotional Support Pet named Major ( as long as everyone is not Allergic-Lol! ha ha it's virtual) I use humor lots! It makes seeing a therapist fun.
