I have experience with stress and anxiety management, navigating relationship issues with partners, parents, and family, motivation, self esteem, and confidence work, and more. My therapy style is person centered and interactive. I often ask my clients to complete in-between session tasks ranging from reflection and processing to hands-on tasks such as journaling or physical activity/ exercise.
