About Rebecca

Sometimes in life we encounter painful experiences. These can lead to negative self-thoughts, feelings of sadness and anxiety, intrusive thoughts or memories, and feeling like we’ve lost our sense of enjoyment or fulfillment. I specialize in helping individuals heal from these painful experiences so that they can return to a state of fulfillment and confidence in themselves. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. I use a variety of theories and techniques, including cognitive-behavioral, experiential, art, and somatic experiencing. I’m also trained in EMDR. I work with individuals of all ages, from adolescence through older age. Read more Show less
