Hello! My name is Alyson, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I have spent over half of my profession working with clients in crisis. I have worked with clients experiencing issues with depression, anxiety, trauma, life changes, stress management, those managing disabilities and student (college) populations. I have a person centered, solution focused style. I believe in honesty, dignity and respect as core values. My goal is to meet you where you are and assist you with moving to where you want to be. I am aware it takes courage to seek professional help.
