About me

New year, new flow! Have you been able to process how your nervous system is adjusting to this new year? I take an empathetic and affirming approach and I acknowledge that doing the inner work can be difficult. I’m proud of you for considering & investing in yourself. I work with BI&POC-Black Indigenous and People of Color in their 20s and 30s. I enjoy empowering clients as they explore how their nervous system is responding to past and current experiences. Your relationships, career and dreams are evolving and when you win, I win! Together, we welcome peaceful energy and flow. “It’s not my fault, I am more than enough, I am worthy.” I guide clients with storing these types of phrases in their brain’s memory banks with evidenced based techniques that heal the mind/body connection, like EMDR and Brainspotting. With relationship issues, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) which has a 70-90% success rate. I give clients the option of either therapy or coaching. Coaching is focused on the Mind/Body connection and Attachment based growth. I work with partnerships that are monogamous, polyamorous and LGBTQIA+ I’m here for you as you navigate your invaluable journey towards Emotional Freedom and unleash your gifts. You’ve already come so far, your future self will be grateful that you continued.
