Vocational Guidance Services (VGS) is an agency dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities create pathways to community engagement, independence, and employment. At VGS, we offer no-cost vocational rehabilitation services and employment opportunities to nearly 4,000 individuals with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities, a history of incarceration, injured veterans, and other barriers to employment. We strive to provide the best possible support and guidance to our clients so they can reach their full potential. Our experienced professionals are committed to helping our clients discover the best career pathways and reach their goals. We are passionate about providing the resources and support necessary for individuals to achieve their highest level of independence and success.
