About Infant and Toddler Connection of VA

The Infant and Toddler Connection of Virginia is a dedicated early intervention system that offers supports and services to infants and toddlers (ages 0-36 months) with disabilities and their families. Our services are provided under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and focus on helping children participate in family and community activities, and aiding parents and caregivers in finding ways to help their children learn during everyday activities. We are committed to providing accessible and comprehensive services to all eligible children and families, regardless of their ability to pay.
